Introduction to XAI

Abstract

This guest lecture provides an introduction to XAI. The importance of the field will be motivated through examples. We will look at different ways to categorize XAI methodology, and consider 3 specific methods. We will also talk about how one could navigate in the jungle of XAI methods.
